Habeas Corpses – Not a bad teaser to start the ep with Angel venting some angry frustration at the Angel writers for thinking it would be a good storyline if Cordy & Connor hooked up. The fact that Fred & Gunn still haven’t talked about him killing the professor 3 episodes ago is irking me. So Cordy goes from seducing Connor to “oh God what the hell did I do?” within a matter of hours? And we’re meant to believe she only slept with him because the reasons why it was a mistake didn’t matter when the world was ending? Aw Lilah seriously cares for Wesley, way to break her icy heart Wes. Interesting move by the Beast to destroy the Wolfram & Hart office. Of course Lilah has to make it through the massacre. Too bad they didn’t kill her off – would’ve been more of a shock than zombie-fying Gavin. I do like that they left the episode with us seeing who the Beast was after but left it hanging as to what he took from the White Room Girl. I love Lorne’s double-take at the gang reappearing and looking at his martini! Meh at the non-cliffhanger ending of Cordy learning Angel knows.
